Consulting and Training delivery
For the past 15 years we have been consulting with a wide range of public, private and not for profit businesses, in order to develop bespoke training programmes to suit developmental needs.
We assist with the re-design and delivery of company in-house courses and evaluate their effectiveness.
We focus on people in an holistic way. How they behave and interact with others, whilst examining how to optimise their effectiveness at work. This includes leaders, managers and those in other work roles.
Our training is developed in partnership with your organisation, and delivered to your people using a variety of methods. We pride ourselves on providing challenging, enjoyable and stimulating sessions.
Coaching
Coaching is one of our areas of specialism and interest. We actively engage in coaching individuals at work, including executive coaching, as well as personally through life.
At work we help colleagues develop through structured and focused sessions. In addition, we enable organisations to grow by empowering staff members to become coaches and mentors in their own right.
Our latest personal coaching venture, is to support clients in acknowledging and developing their self-esteem and self-worth. This relates to life events and personal relationships.

Education
We have over 35 years experience in Education and the management of schools. This includes leading a range of teacher training programmes, working with students and parents on behavioural issues and supporting students and families with SEN.
We have been involved in delivering nationally recognised training qualifications for overseas teachers, teaching assistants and graduate teachers, as well as office staff and Bursars, in the Infant, Junior and Secondary age ranges. Our work with graduate programmes in business is expanding.
We currently act as mentors and coaches to a number of Head Teachers and senior leadership teams in schools, facilitating both personal development and organisational growth.
